What’s the difference between Free Range and Organic ?

Free range animals are free to move around in space, outdoors, but aren’t necessarily ‘Organically’ reared.

Organic meat strictly means the animals aren’t given growth hormones or anti biotics. ( If their welfare is affected then, they are typically kept out of food production for 3 times longer than if they were non-organic ).

With crops, Organic farming is better for the land, as nutrients remain in the soil, artificial fertilizer and pesticides aren’t used - which good because none of it ends up in the food we eat!
